How to turn existing information into infographics using ChatGPT’s image creator:
Creating Infographics in ChatGPT: Both free and paid ChatGPT users
can now create infographics from their own content.
Using GPT-4o: Make sure you are in GPT-4o, which supports the updated image creation feature.
Opening the Options Menu: Click the ellipsis (…) button to access
additional tools.
Selecting “Create Image": Choose Create Image from the menu to open the image creator.
Updated Image Creator: Ensure you’re using the updated image creator,
not the older DALL·E interface.
Preparing to Create Your Image: If you want to base the infographic on existing content, click the upload button.
Uploading Your File: Choose Upload from your computer to select your source material.
Writing the Prompt: Ask ChatGPT to summarize the main points from your file and create an infographic.
Submitting the Request: Click Enter to send your prompt and
file for processing.
Processing Time: Infographic generation can take longer than standard images, especially with complex files.
Infographic Complete: Once processing finishes, your infographic will appear in the chat.
Downloading Your Infographic: Click Download to save the image in
PNG format.
Create Infographics from Text with ChatGPT
In both the free and paid versions of ChatGPT, users can create infographics using pre-existing information through the GPT-4 interface, specifically utilizing an image creator tool.
